In Denial

Have you ever felt bad or guilty about your behavior?.

If everyone tells you about something you should feel sorry about according to logic, moral or plain common sense, and you don't, maybe it's because you're in denial.

Denial is a stubborn, angry refusal to see the truth. You're angry against everyone who tells you the truth. You can't see what's happening to you because you are lying to yourself all the time. You can't see the truth because you believe the lies somebody else tells you. You are completely fooled, from both sides. Someday the full reality of what has been happening to you will be before you. It will be painful, but the truth will set you free. It is vitally important that you find out the truth about yourself, before it's too late.

Lies keep the emptiness inside, the loneliness around you, and the isolation from reality. Because lies always need an extra effort to be hold, and sustained. The truth flows like a river, and sooner or later it will follow the same path you're trying to avoid.

Trust in yourself, and tell nothing but the truth. You won't be alone anymore.
